In honor of National Blueberry Popsicle Day, here’s a recipe perfect for keeping you cool through the dog days of summer – or whenever you’re in need of a delicious, nutrient-packed treat.
2 cups organic blueberries
2 tablespoons real local honey
2 cups vanilla organic Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
1 teaspoon Intellimune Powder
1. Blend the organic blueberries on high speed until they are a thick liquid consistency, then pour into your bowl.
2. Stir in honey and Intellimune powder to the blueberries. Slowly mix in the yogurt. Taste the mixture and add more honey if you like treats on the sweeter side.
3. Pour the mixture into each popsicle mold. If your popsicle mold comes with sticks, insert them before freezing. If not, then freeze your pops for 2 hours before inserting wooden sticks. Freeze for 4-6 more hours or overnight.
4. For easy removal, run pops under warm water.
